שלום, שמי יעקב הררי, אני צלם מקצועי, עוסק בצילום מקצועי שנים רבות. יש לי סטודיו שלי ואני מצלם בעיקר דומם. מוצרים ומזון, אני עובד עבור משרדי פרסום מעצבים גרפיים וחברות גדולות וקטנות. אני מאד אוהב את מה שאני עושה, מאד.

אני מאד אוהב "לשחק" עם תאורה. לקחת משהו בנלי לכאורה ולהפוך אותו למשהו זוהר ומלא קסם. להוציא מהיומיומי צילום נפלא.

במשך שנים הייתי מעורב בפעילות ציבורית לטובת קהילת הצלמים המקצועיים בישראל.  הייתי חבר מזכירות איגוד צלמי פרסום אופנה ותעשיה במשך כמה שנים ולאחר מכן הייתי מזכיר איגוד צלמי פרסום ותעשיה, הייתי יו"ר האיגוד הזה במשך כמה קדנציות.

ב 1996 התמניתי להיות נשיא התאחדות צלמים מקצועיים בישראל ושימשתי בתפקידי עד 1998.

במסגרת תפקידי כנשיא התאחדות צלמים מקצועיים בישראל פעלתי רבות כדי לקבל את אישור הממונה על ההגבלים העיסקיים להוציא מחירון שימוש בזכויות יוצרים בצילום עבור צלמים מקצועיים. בסופו של דבר האישור ניתן והמחירון יצא והיה מחירון מנחה למכירה של זכויות יוצרים בצילום מקצועי.

כמו כן הייתי מראשי היוזמים והפועלים להקמת איגוד על של יוצרים בתחום התקשורת החזותית.

בזמן הקדנציה שלי כנשיא התאחדות צלמים מקצועיים בישראל הפיקה ההתאחדות את תחרות וספר "צלם השנה".
